Assalamualaikum,
It was November 2017. I was travelling back to Penang from Taiwan. En route to Penang, I had to make a short trip to Hong Kong, before heading to Dongguan for work. During that short trip, I had a chance to try out a local halal dim sum dish. It was served at Masjid Ammar and Osman Ramju Sadick Islamic Centre's canteen. It was a place introduced to me by a colleague of mine, and that guy was not even a Muslim!
And here is a short sharing on that place.
That was how the canteen looks like. Clean place and very well maintained. Quite a large canteen with plenty of tables to choose from.
The dim sums were tastefully done. They were all great!
Checkout the prices. Not expensive at all!
The islamic centre also houses a prayer hall for both ladies and men. Comfortable place to perform your daily prayers.
Below are some details of the place.
Address: 40 Oi Kwan Rd, Morrison Hill, Hong Kong
Contact number: +852 2575 2218
That's all for today. Just a very short write up and sharing. Hope that it will be useful for those travelling in Hong Kong and looking for halal eateries.
