In less than a month, my 2 years contract with Digi will come to an end. I have been doing some research in the last month or two to find which telco plan will suit my my usage. I'm currently tempted to go with Digi Smartplan 50 High Voice. I'm thinking to myself that having 400 minutes of free calls to any network every month will be great since I'm a high usage of voice calls. The 250MB internet is low, well, extremely low, but having access to wifi at home and the office will help to compensate for it. I'm not even to go and consider what is on offer from both Celcom and Maxis because plans from both telcos are ridiculously high in price.
The plan with Digi seems like a go, but, in the last 2 weeks I found out about the Hero Postpaid P70 from U Mobile. By paying RM70 per month, I can make UNLIMITED calls to any network. Yes, you read it right, UNLIMITED. No hidden clauses, no other commitments, just make those UNLIMITED calls. On top of that, you'll get 7GB data quota per month! Awesome! It seems like a bargain.
So, come 4th November 2015, I'll be saying goodbye to Digi. Unless, within this time frame they come out with a better plan.
